RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. You must notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase within this period at the latest. Immediately and in any case within 14 days of the day on which you made the purchase, you must exchange the new product for another product or return it for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 14 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
- The product still has all original labels and hang tags attached
- You have the receipt of the proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
Send an email with your details, your account number, the SKU code (found on the clothing label) and the description of the product (s) you want to return, and the reason for the exchange or return to email@example.com. Depending on your stated reason, you will receive a return or exchange form from us.
Pack your products carefully, in the original packaging. Include the return or exchange form that you received from us by email in the package. Bring your package, or send it to Conscious Antwerp, Rijnkaai 20 bus1, 2000 Antwerp. You are responsible for the return costs yourself. Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for the return until we receive and register it, so always keep your receipt until you receive the return confirmation email.
Your return or exchange must be approved in order to process a refund or exchange. When we have received your return, it will be checked whether it meets all the conditions. The products must be returned within 14 days, in their original condition, undamaged, with all stickers and cards still attached. If everything is in order, you will receive an email from us with your return or exchange confirmation. Your refund or exchange will be made within 14 working days.
Transport costs that arise in connection with the return of a product are at your expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the product during transport to Conscious Antwerp. Once the product has reached us properly, work will be done on a refund. This takes a maximum of 14 days.
The risk of loss or damage is transferred when you have received the goods. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us immediately and in any case within 2 days of receipt, failing which the goods are deemed to have been accepted.
Unfortunately, discounted products cannot be refunded. Our products at normal retail price can be refunded.
